How does that make you feel? I am in the same position and it makes me feel like my life is on hold for the next 3 months. The Dr. & I have our supervised plan in place but I feel like we're both just going through the motions. It's kind of depressing!! Anyone else in this boat? Can you relate? Is this a normal feeling to have? What can I do to change my mindset so I can use this time to prepare in a productive way? I feel the same way, I feel very depressed I just want to have the surgery because I can't do it alone anymore I don't lose anything and if I do I'll gain the weight right away

Thank you for replying, did you already put the request for the sleeve procedure in with ur insurance company honestly I think that's done after the 6 months diet they require, If not then I haven't , now I have to complete the labs they are asking for and I'm so overwhelmed I can't wait till this surgery it's done!!

Well I don't have to lose anything but I can't gain anything either I have lost like 5 pounds within 4 months :/ ugh

I think I'll have surgery at the end of August or early sept I finish my 6months in July
