best app for tracking protein and calories?

I have been googling different foods to find the nutritional info and then just writing it down on paper. the problem is im finding different sites give different numbers and then i sometimes misplace my paper. there has to be an easier way! Does any one know of any helpful apps?

I think a lot of us use My Fitness Pal. You can do it online or use a phone app.

I use Baritastic. I like it because you can set your own protein and calorie goals.

I use Sparkpeople. I have it on my phone and iPad so no matter where I am it can sync. I love it because I can track weight, water, protein, calories and more. It even graphs my weight loss.

And I use Livestrong/My Plate. It will allow you to set your own nutrient goals and add foods and recipes.

I use My Fitness Pal now. But when I was losing the weight I used SparkPeople. Both were really helpful. I guess anyone that we would consistently use would be helpful. Good luck

I use LoseIt! I love the app. I esp love that I can scan in a barcode using my phone - very helpful.
