Im almost 2 month out of a 360 bodylift and im having the hardest time buying jeans. Im now with a flat stomach. My thighs havent changed much so my regular jeans fit ok in my thighs but they are way to big on top in my hip and waist area.. is it true im gunna have to buy strechy jeans?? Im not a huge fan of those.

I have the same problem! Jeans are actually kind of uncomfortable now, because my butt is a different shape, and once I sit or bend over, I then have to hike them up, back into place. I just figure that when I have the time I will look until I find the right pair that is the right fit for me. It never occurred to me to go backwards to elastic again! I can't even consider that.

Have you gone to Gap or Old Navy? I find that both stores carry a wide range of cuts-- so (using Old Navy terms) perhaps you were a Diva cut (straight through hips and thighs) before and now you need a Sweetheart (smaller waist than hips) cut jean. Your description of your body sounds like what most stores label as a "curvy" style jean.

I second old navy. They have a great selection and expanded sizes. Some w some stretch, but not that pajama Jean stretch look! lol. Plus the prices aren't bad, if you're still losing and will be changing sizes soon.

I also had a 360 degree body lift, although my front half and back half were done at different times and my butt had an auto augment. I like stretchy jeans, lol. I have never been a fan of regular jeans- I just don't find them comfortable. Jeggings though, oh I love them. I liked them when I was bigger because there is a lot of flexbility on how they fit. For example, I wear a 0-2 American Eagle jegging now (they look like regular skinny jeans, just stretchy and softer) however I can also still fit into the same design in a size 12 because after you wash them they shrink a little bit and when I put them on, I don't stretch the 12's anymore so they stay shrunk. They are my new fat pants, which is funny since while I was losing weight that same pair of size 12's was a milestone for when I could fit into them.

So...don't hate the stretchy jeans before you try them. :)

I've always had a much smaller waist, and carry my weight in hips and thighs. However, since my 360 body lift, I have very pronounced saddlebags. That makes finding pants challenging. I have found the best success with pants that have some stretch and are a curvy fit. I haven't been to Old Navy, but I'm going to try them, too.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
