It's been over twenty years ago that I last weighed below 200 and I hope and pray I will never, ever cross the threshold again. Here are some stats:

HW 276

SW 260 on 5/6/15

CW 198

35 pounds to goal.

How I plan to Celebrate - a nice massage and facial.

I'm just so grateful for this wonderful tool. I love my sleeve ❤️

Congrats! What an awesome accomplishment!

I'm hoping to get there myself at this weeks' weigh-in. I like your idea for celebrating and I'll probably copy it :)

I am 56yrs old and haven't seen the 100's since the 80's! With this surgery I will soon see the 100's again. Thank you Jesus for giving man the knowledge and skill to help the obese with our disease.

How exciting! I get so motivated reading these success stories. i am still in the pre op stages of my 6 month wait. I don't see the doctor until Jan 28th....UGH. seems like forever away. But i'm happy to stay focused and read these amazing stories.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
