I'm with @@Elode on this one at this point. But I WILL say that I have that issue if I eat or drink anything within an hour of eating one. I also eat, at most, 2 a month in case of emergency. Maybe if I had more of them I'd have noticed more?

I eat one every other day or so and have not found that a problem. I love them and have to restrict how often I eat them because I don't think they are the best source of Protein for me

Certain flavors go down great for me, others give me terrible gas. (Well, I say this having only eaten 3 bars total so far, 1/2 at a time, so take this with a grain of salt.) I'm treating it like a science experiment, trying different bars and taking notes.

So far, the mixed berry one has been great. The Peanut Butter chocolate gave me terrible gas both of the different days I ate half of one. And I couldn't stand the taste of the mint chocolate one. (It has weird pea green chunks in it that do not look like food!)

I haven't tried other brands since the sleeve, but used to find most of them too sickly sweet -- more like candy bars. I like the sweetness and text of Quest bars, but they do seem to have a lot of carbs, though.

Used them on my mountain climb. Not a huge fan, I prefer beef Jerky as an emergency food.

@@OKCPirate, absolutely agree - though I use Jerky as a convenience food also, it helps when you make your own.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
