My favorite thing is having people not recognize me! I love flying now, and I used to not go anywhere. I love being told I'm too thin. I love weighing less than my friends. I love putting on clothes I don't think I can possibly get into and having them fit. The simple stuff is the best. I'm 62. Now I'm waiting for my plastics, which I did not think I'd want, but I do. I'm a year out from my liquid diet. I measure from there. 110 lbs. oh my.

Wearing my fave jeans with a white tee. Also I have not told my parents and siblings who live out of state but will be seeing them at 6-7 months out. So that is my biggest thing I'm looking forward to since its been 20+ years that I was below 200 lbs.

shopping in the regular sized section of the store, or just being able to buy something off the rack without searching forever! Riding a zipline, parasailing....

One item on my list was swimming with dolphins... I was able to mark that one off last month! Amazing!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
