That's great perks! I bet you feel so much better. Can't wait to be where your at!

I only have 3 more days. I honestly can't wait to stop having this hunger. I'm tired of being hungry. It's probably all head hunger though. Yesterday was my last day at work until March 1st. I have a couple things to do before friday. I gotta start washing my stomach with the special soap they give us for no infections.

Good luck!! You're almost there! Yeah that soap itched me to death.. I also couldn't have my pet in my clean sheets. Strange! Had a lot of surgery and never had to do that. See you on the losers bench!

Perk we have similar stats do you feel like the first 60 came off easily (following your plan) or have you really had to work at it?

Molly I can hardly contain my excitement for you. Friday will be here before you know it. Hopefully there won't be any snow issues for you to contend with. Our schools in KY are closed today. I have one week before my last appointment. Are you still liking the premeire shakes? I have been drinking shakes and trying not to eat/drink at the same time. I have found that if I don't drink while I'm eating I seem to stop eating sooner so I can set my timer for a drink and then usually end up not eating as much. I have been doing this since Saturday and I'm down 4 pounds. I have had been eating low carb and no soda as well. I told my husband we were going to eat out every night the week before starting the liquid diet and he gave me "the look" so I suggested maybe just one night...lol He is super supportive and always asking where I'm at in the process. He has always loved me for me, so it will be nice to give him the Lisa 2.0 version. I hear so many people say surgery changes their sex drive (probably TMI) I think my husband is looking forward to finding out if this is true...lol

Hang in there with the head hunger, you are so close!

Thank you everyone. I appreciate it :)

Bloomer, I actually can't tolerate the premier shakes now. It's the milk and maybe 30 grams of Protein might be too much at one time. I wish I could tolerate it so much. It was good. I've just been back to drinking my organic one even though it's not very good but I'm sucking it up. I do plan to try a different one. There's one at Walmart or kroger I'm gonna try. That's great you have lost weight. Dr. Ivan will be happy. I can't wait for you to start this process too. I will be here for you for any questions and support too. I love talking to you guys. I don't think we are getting much snow on friday. I hope not anyways. I can't even believe how much it's snowing. I don't have to go anywhere today or the next couple days so that's a plus for me lol. And I don't have much of a sex drive either and I'm 26. It kind of sucks but maybe things will get better for us both lol

I've been really lucky it's came off easily. Still losing too. When I look at myself now I don't feel badly abt myself. I tried on a pair of pants over the weekend from before surgery and got both legs in one! From a 16 to so far an 8! Actually kinda worried I won't stop losing when I hit my goal. Never thought I'd worry about that! But I'm sure I'll level out. Very lucky I have only a little belly flab that can be tightened with exercise. Almost 50 and I was worried it would be awfully saggy! Lol. Loving my sleeve for sure!!

I'm 47 so I'm concerned about extra skin too. I have a son whose 28 and two younger kids 5 & 7 so the belly is a concern. I really can't remember the last time I wore lower than a 16. I would die if I could wear an 8! I'm currently an 18 probably pushing a 20, due to hips/thighs were I carry most of my weight. I'm definitely pear shaped. You give me hope Perk.

Where are you at in KY Perk?

It took me 8 days not counting weekends for the approval call. It's probably the worst part lol and this liquid diet!

Thank you Bloomer. I really appreciate that. I am just sitting on my couch right now thinking about what to do and get ready for tommrow. I am so ready. My house is a mess so I'm cleaning that tonight. I am a cleaning freak when it comes to my house so it being a mess all week has been driving me crazy lol. My in laws are keeping my 3 year old daughter tonight and tommrow. I hope I only stay until saturday but if I stay until Sunday, that's fine too. I just don't want to be sick. I think I'm gonna be okay though. It's gonna be a huge adjustment for everything but I'm ready. It's weird to think that by this time tommrow, I should be in recovery. I promise I will let you guys know how I am as soon as I can.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
