I was always small until I started having back surgeries. I've had 5. Abt 6 yes ago is when I couldn't lose the extra few pounds, which turned into several extra over time and my age. I was disabled after first failed surgery. Was on a cane until past few months that I've been getting in better shape with the low impact workout they gave me. Now I'm walking @ 3 miles a day still need cane for that. But can't wait to start going to gym after surgery. 👌👌💖
