Hi everyone :) When taking your Vitamins and suppliments do you take them all at the same time? I take 1 Multivitamin, 1 2000mg vit d, sublingual vit B complete, 1 Fish Oil/Omega 3 pill, 10,000 mg Biotin and 2 Chondroitin/glucosamine tablets at one time. My one year bw came back fine, for what he tested (my MD/FP missed a lot of tests though because he didn't know, I don't think, but we'll get them all in Dec. I don't have a bariatric Dr anymore). I take the 500mg calcium chews in the middle of the day but I usually always forget those. I wish I could just take them with the pills I take in the mornings and get them over with.

I was wondering- if taking all those pills at the same time are they all getting absorbed ok? Because I have heard we can't take the 1000mg Calcium at one time because of the absorbtion.

You need to separate the Calcium from the Iron and have at least 2 hours separation. The Iron is probably in your Multivitamin. Also you cannot take all the calciums at once. It will not properly get absorbed.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
