Congrats on the start of your journey!! I had bypass surgery on May 27th and I'm doing great! I'm not on here much but it is an awesome place to find support and great info! Good luck to you!

Welcome! I am having revision surgery from the sleeve to the bypass. I am in my 1st month of nutrition classes.

Hello all and welcome Ericka.

I too am at the pre-surgery stage but closer to end. ???? I have done everything tests; EKG; chest X-ray; nutritionist; psychologist and the endoscopy but they found ulcers and just lately H. Pylori SO meds and another 6 week wait. ????

This site has help me so much to read and learn that I wanted to share my journey with everyone.

I wanted to come back to original post. I was approved by my insurance for RNY and my surgery date is 11/2/15, exactly 4 months from my first post here. I have so many emotions.????????????????????????

Curious why the revision from sleeve to bypass? Doesn't the sleeve get SE results as a by pass?

My surgery is less than two weeks away! So if you ever have questions, I think I can speak for all of us when I say, we are ALL here to help. One of my favorite parts of this adventure is that I've never felt alone.
