  1. I had sleep apnea and used a Cpap machine. I had my RNY on 10/12/15 2 months later no machine and no snoring at all (according to my husband). I'd also like to add no more high blood pressure meds either ???? Happiness is losing weight.
  2. I use 1 scoop - 8 oz water - ice cubes (5-6) - large hand full of frozen fruit (raspberries or whatever you like ) --- took awhile to actual be able to tolerate it but I did it after a few months
  3. It really all depends on you. I thought it would only be a few weeks but problems came up where I couldn't stand to eat or drink making me so tired I couldn't stay at work all day and the drive home. It's really is person by person. Try to stay on track with eating and drinking what you're supposed to and you'll be back in the workforce in no time [emoji108]????
  4. It's very normal. Congratulations on the beginning to your new life. Things will settle over time be patient. [emoji179]
  5. Thank you for posting this CHMD! It is very helpful for me not to feel like I'm alone. I unfortunately am a little harder to learn. My surgery was October 2015 and I've lost almost 100 lbs from dumping, constantly being sick and not eating at all. They finally found my gallbladder to be the cause of my continual sickness and took it out in March. I've been "run to the bathroom sick" free since then but still get a little nauseous at least ever other day. I have paid attention to what seemed to make me sick though and it defiantly is sugars (I've stayed away from starches on my own) and it has definitely helped me from being sick. My concern is that I can eat something one day and be fine but the same thing the next day will make me sick. I defiantly am not getting in enough Protein and I just don't know how to fix it. I don't have enough energy to make it through the day .... Never mind work out! Any suggestions? Thanks again for posting and for listening. Zasha
