Have you ever tried Teavana?

So I read somewhere that Teavana has a few caffeine free tea options but noticed that they use some type of sweetener (rock sugar) in their teas. Has anyone tried them? Does the sweetener effect your weight loss?

I don't have an answer for you but I have been to teavana many times and they have really good tea. Iced or hot. Im pretty sure you can get anything there unsweetened. When I go mine is usually unsweetened.

Yep!!! I'm a huge Teavana fan. I had some a couple of days ago and I did fine. (I'm almost 3 weeks post op)

However, my NUT said if you are dehydrated, stay away. Once you up your fluids, you can start drinking tea!

The herbal teas don't have added sugar or caffeine if u brew them yourself. They have many fruity blends that taste sooo good to me! I use a little stevia in them and Brew them to pour over ice. It's a real treat!
