I have never even heard of it

It's supposed to be 90% less carbs. Kinda like biscuick I'm thinking.

I have heard of it, bought some but can't have yet not far enough out. I was researching recipes: carbquik recipes....all kinds of things.

Please keep me informed when you do use ????

I did buy this but only used in one recipe so far...it seemed fine...the family ate it an said nothing.

Good to know thanks ???? I'm starting to think that I should hold off on trying it as it may be a trigger for me.

I used to buy it when I was doing Atkins. It is, basically low carb bisquick that you can use in anything. It was great. Haven't tried it since surgery though, so I can't speak to whether it would disagree with me like basically all breads do now. Sorry I don't have more recent info.

Thanks for responding ???? I'm still to nervous to try.... I don't want a Gummy type ball in my stomach, hurting for hours ????

I had some before surgery during the medically supervised weight loss my insurance required. I made biscuits and lemon muffins with it. I threw out the rest before surgery. It did have an 'off' taste to it compared to regular recipes, but nothing so bad that I didn't enjoy it.

Like others, however, I haven't tried it since my surgery (sleeve) 9 months ago. I have thought about picking some up recently, but it only comes in large packages and I would only want it very infrequently at this point since I still have weight to lose and really need to save the stomach room for more nutritious foods.

I definitely do miss my bread ???? but will survive..

Tried it under year when I was doing Adkins.

Worked okay but led to bad juju for me as it opened the door to breads in general.

I'd always done best to stay away altogether.

Same thing said about the Adkins Snacks for me. Their snack bars were the undoing of my discipline.

That was during a hardcore 8 month Adkins push.

Now, though, it may be a product I revisit.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
