How many incisions do you have? I have 7! Don't know why so many!

I ve heard of 5 but 7! I haven't had a chance to ask my doc.

Hi Imjenn! Seems like a lot compared to others. How are you doing? I'm almost 3 weeks post op. Doing better every day. Where did you have your surgery?

I have 6 incisions. I was told that, during surgery, if the surgeon needs to "see" certain area's, an extra incision or two may need to be made.

Yes it is! But my pain is very well controlled!:)

I'm doing pretty great! Supper didn't go so well yesterday because I just was not hungry, but looking forward to breakfast today!

And I had mine at Sanford in Sioux Falls, South Dakota!

I had 5 in a line straight across from my left to my right, BUT they had to work around all the scars from my old lap-band installation and removal.

My daughter used to dot-to-dot them with her fingertip. Lol

I had 6

I have 6.

I have 6 from the Di Vinci robot and an additional area where the JP Tube was.
