My surgery is next Monday! Started my 1 week diet with a vanilla protein shake. Not too bad but it's early. Looking forward to my journey and wishing the best for everyone involved in this process!

Awesome job! Are you going to the gym regularly? What kind of workout are you doing? Looking for some ideas.

Yea i try 3-4 days i usually do at least 1 mile on treadmill and just hit diff machines ive increased my weight by 80 plus pounds and i do the total body enhancement 3 days a week. I go to planet fitness. Keep up the good work buddy

That's where I signed up too. Working with the trainer there. From the lack of activity pre and post surgery it's amazing how weak I was. Focusing on building all that back now. Plus I'm playing softball to make sure I keep active

Hey waynejr83 hows it going you doing ok? I had my weight in friday at 258lbs -14 from last time dr said i was right on sched im now adding jogging into my work outs lol
