  7. Hey everyone. So the last 6 months have been really tough on me mentally. I lost all ambition due to a lot going on in my life. Even gained a few pounds, not a lot but still very frustrating. Trying to figure out a way to get that mentality back when I first did all this. Still have no regrets but want the motivation and determination I once had. Thanks! 16. Hello, I am just about 2 months after surgery and everything could not be going better. I noticed from pictures and family that my posture is off, kinda slumped over from bearing all the weight. I started all this at 335 and I am now down to 270lbs. Would going to the chiropractor help this issue along with the weight training from the gym? Thanks ahead for any advice and tips. Wayne
  17. Day of surgery 316 3.5 weeks out. 289
  18. Hey Jamie. How's everything going 4 weeks out! Things are good. Should be able to go back to the gym now! Photo update! Day of surgery! Saturday
  19. Glad things are going better! I think I hit my first stall. Weight has been constant at 294. I haven't had a lot of energy, so haven't walked a whole lot. Still walking here and there but wish it was more. How are you doing with the puréed food? What kinds of things are you making to eat? I have been sticking with tuna and chicken salad. Along with puréed turkey chili and some other things. Running out of ideas though.
  20. Hey. I'm doing really well! Through 1 week of the purée stage with no issues. I'm down to 290lbs. I started my pre op liquids at 335. How are things with you?
  21. Hey hope things are progressing! I started my purée stage today. So far so good. Taking everything in with no issues. I really hope things turn around for you!
  22. KatieLink how is everything going? I was done on the 13th at Abington Memorial Hospital
  23. Oh man. Sorry your having those issues. Hope it turns around. My only issue out of all this is I'm not sleeping well. It's frustrating! I did notice today without my shakes I found myself a little more hungry than usual. Getting more shakes tomorrow.
  24. I have been eating jello and Popsicles I ran out of shakes and can't drive so hoping my friend can take me to get them tomorrow. I swore I had more but couldn't find them. My first dr appointment is Tuesday
