Hey everyone. So the last 6 months have been really tough on me mentally. I lost all ambition due to a lot going on in my life. Even gained a few pounds, not a lot but still very frustrating. Trying to figure out a way to get that mentality back when I first did all this. Still have no regrets but want the motivation and determination I once had. Thanks!
