I just wanted to see how everyone is doing. I got to come home last night and it was so much better sleeping in my own bed! I had a lot of gas pressure, but gasx and walking have help that a bunch. How are you?

Happy to hear you're back home and doing well.

My surgery is today, so I'll be leaving the house soon.

My surgery is in a few hours. I had the worst night of sleep, I was up like every hour thinking "this is the longest night ever!" Let's hope for a perfect surgery and fast recovery for the march sleevers!

Glad you are doing well! My surgery was Wed and got to come home last night! I am doing great (though don't want to jinx myself) even tried 2 oz. greek yogurt and Protein shake before I left the hospital and all went well! Keep up the good work "losers"

I'm one week out, and feeling really good. I had trouble sleeping for a few days ( I had on open revision, so big incision). Once I got some sleep, I felt great, still a little sore, but not bad. I take some liquid Tylenol if my insides are feeling sore, or if I do too much, and that really helps. I use nectar Fuzzy Naval watered down a little if I'm having trouble getting all my Protein in. It counts as Water, too. I hope you are all enjoying good health!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
