Do I have to space my Protein out throughout the day? Or can I finish my protein intake in the morning and focus on other liquids?

I'm still on liquid stage. 5days post up. I purchased whey protein, and 2 scoops of powder equals 60gram of protein. So I could potentially make a 10oz glass of whey in the morning and be done with my protein?

Drinking shakes is still difficult at this stage so if I could just finish my Protein shake in the morning and then focus on Water and Vitamin water that would be easier for me. Still the goal at the end of the day is to get 65oz of fluids. I'm currently at 55oz working up.

You can only absorb so much Protein at one time, so it would be better to space it out and not do more than 30g at once.

My NUT approved me to drink it at one time and then have other Protein throughout the day. I am six months out. No problems and my blood work came back excellent. No deficiencies in protein. I use a scoop of GENEPRO and a scoop of Unjury in 8 ounces of Water and its 58 grams of protein. I still eat protein at other meals. No junk. And less than 40 carbs a day. I usually get in about 500-800 calories a day. I think everybody has different rules. ????

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
