Hi all!!! My surgery is May 11th. Today is day 5 of pre op diet. I think I have been doing well (better then I thought I would). I am sooo excited and also getting very nervous but this has been a year in the making and I am ready to start this new healthy phase of my life!! Good luck to everybody

What are people's favorite liquid protein. So many don't taste good and I don't want to spend money on something I won't use.

This is the month for us all. I'm scheduled for May 12. I'm only doing a 1 week liquid diet which I start on Monday. I'm so nervous about that. I'm so ready for this to be over. I been second guessing myself all week hoping I'm doing the right thing. This is a big life change. I think it's just nerves of the unexpected
