  4. I had my surgery May 12 2015. So far I have lost 72lbs. I told no one at work. I put in for 2 weeks vacation Which was enough time for me to have surgery and relax. It was the best decision for me. It was really no one business and like you. I wanted no negative comments. People always say how good I look and how much weight I lost. All I say is diet and exercise. You have to do what's best for you. Good luck

Feeling great I eat a lot of baked chicken and baked fish For breakfast I love my omelettes with cheese eggs and a little ham or bacon. (This covers my protein) I met a girl in the hospital who was having the same surgery turns out we don't live far from each other and had the Same surgeon. We have become good friends and each other support person thru this. We talk regularly about different Foods and the ups and downs. I'm super grateful for that
  15. I eat a lot of watermelon. It's 90% water. So it helps me when I'm not getting all my water in I so get tired of just drinking water all the time
  16. I was out for two weeks and felt good going back. I was still a bit tired but it got better
  17. Believe me the tiredness will go away. For at least a month. I could no walk a few steps without stopping to rest. I live in NYC where you have to walk fast or get knocked over lol. It was tough for me. My doctor said keep drinking water and keep drinking the protein shakes and it really helped. I'm now 3 months postop and feel great
