Read if you dare, but it may be one of those underused selling points of finally having the surgery IMHO.

@@mallen1895 - Tell the bf to start eating right and exercising because its only going to get better ;-)

About two weeks after surgery. Once I was able to pull the medicine pump out of the tummy I was okay enough to do the deed. Went a bit slow for that first month too cause I didn't want to cause any issues with the staples.

I waited 3 weeks to be safe! I was very tender and achy after my surgery. Luckily my boyfriend was gentle, but once the weight sheds off, you become an animal! It's great to see yourself be more agile and energized.

I think we had sex like, 5-6 days after. I think it was less than a week and definitely less than 10 days. Pain meds controlled my soreness really well. I remember my husband being a little more ventral than necessary. Pretty sure it was a sort of modified missionary position situation. Anyway, it didn't take long for us to get back down to business and I had no ill side effects from it.

Sex... Nope, not ringing any bells.

I waited about a week. Only because i didn't want to blow a stitch open or something lol i didn't have any pain after surgery though. Just be gentle and you should be fine.
