  2. You will be so sad if you don't get the surgery. Don't put it off. I was out in 1 day and the first 4 weeks I was weak but you will never get your surgery if you put everyone's needs before yours. You will still be able to be there for her!
  3. I am now 3.5 months post op and things have gotten better :-) I have less extreme bitch moments and life feels better. I wish I had more energy to enjoy my 65lbs lost. I figure in time I will. MMMMMmmmm COFFEE!!

  6. Omg! Me too! I'm so freaking tired. Water sucks to get in. Forget about the protein. I'm pretty overwhelmed and daily life is just a chore right now. I'm almost 4 weeks now. Down 25-30lbs.

  13. I'm not any help because I've really experienced zero nausea. I'm now 17 days out. However, my Dr. Said ppl who get nauseous tend to do better. I'm sure it will subside. I'm sorry ur not feeling well :-(
  14. My Dr. Said I am losing a pound a day. That is a lot! You are doing great! Get water in and walk!! Walk! WALK! Seems to help me. Keep up the good work.
  15. My back aches. Did anyone else have back pain through the weight loss stage? I've been a slacker, I've worked hard before, and it doesn't feel surgical.

  19. I'm only 10 days out and was SO HUNGRY last week! Now I'm mostly just tired/weak. As long as u eat correctly it will be ok.
  20. My head has a dull ache and I'm so tired! Please tell me there is an end to this fatigue! When did you start having energy after surgery?
  21. I had my surgery May 5th and started to get hungry at about day 4. I was so pissed! I cried for an entire day fighting it. Mostly in fear that I wouldn't be able to use this new tool in a productive way. I decided I'm still going to lose weight anyway. What's wrong with eating every 2-3hrs if it's only a tablespoon? Nothing! I'm still under 400 calories! There is no way that is a bad thing! Not to mention all the walking burns that off! Just eat right and you and I are both going to be okay!

  25. ????Definitely a Yes for me. It's been tough not being able to use food in the way I used it before, my substitute for feelings, boredom, love etc.... I think it's going to be a very revealing journey, that always reveals something new everyday. I've chosen not to be the Hangry monster to my loved ones. A very conscious effort has to be made every moment to not slip. I notice it's gotten better with my attitude change. All positive thoughts nothing negative allowed. It just takes effort. I've really enjoyed meditating more now. It balances my moods better. Good luck with your journey.❤️ I agree. I realized today I really need to put the effort forward to be polite through this! Positive energy and that is all!
  26. Geez! I've heard of getting irritable and depressed. I just had no idea how bad it is. I thought I've been through hell. Of course I could handle it. YA RIGHT! I'm not depressed but I'm so freaking cranky! Slightly weak as well. Mostly I just can't hold back what I really think. I'm usually a happy go lucky sweet person. NOT NOW! I think the surgery took my niceness with the stomach! Anyone else experienced this!? ????
  27. Yes. I'm slightly icing. It helps me sleep. Which I know is weird. I'm so grumpy and weak. But still happy
  28. You don't look disgusting at all. You look bruised, but your skin is very nice. I hope it gets better. I just had to tell you that. Thank you! Your so sweet!
