In 2001 & 2002, I was hit by two drunk drivers in the line of duty as a police officer. I was also injured at the World Trade Center on 9/11. These injuries prevented me from working out to my normal levels and I gained weight over time. I retired in 2006 from the injuries and have since gained over 90 lbs. My goal is to lose 100-110 lbs and get to 200 lbs.
