Really?

Sleeved on May 8. I was on a 3 day liquid before sleeve. I have lost a total of 12 pounds with 9 lost on the 3 day liquid. I mean really???? 12 pounds. What is wrong with me???? I feel like I went thru an awful lot of emotional and physical pain for 12 pounds.

You lost 12 pounds in 14 days, which is not a bad thing. I didn't lose a lot more than that around the same time frame you're in partly because it took awhile to get rid of all the IV Fluid I was filled with during surgery and post-op. Although you lost 9 pounds in the liquid phase, the trick is that now that you have the sleeve you won't gain those 9 pounds right back when you start eating again.

The entire process of losing weight with the sleeve is frustrating, sometimes slow, and sometimes completely stalled. But in the end, it's worth it. :)

My Dr. Said I am losing a pound a day. That is a lot! You are doing great! Get water in and walk!! Walk! WALK! Seems to help me. Keep up the good work.
