24, my 25th bday gift to myself

Im 29 had my surgery september 18th I am 4 months now and lost around 75lbs. I will be 30 in Aplril right befpre my 7 month mark.

50 years old, 2/26 I get sleeved. Looked into it a few years ago and all the negatively from people turned me away. This time it's for ME!

32, then had my birthday 7 days later. Nice little bday present with no cake!
