    Hi! I understand your frustration! According to my surgeon's office, my insurance precertification was submitted on September 12th of this year. I've checked with my insurance company and they have nothing on file. I called the surgeon's office and it is pending! Someone isn't telling the whole truth! Friday, I called the surgeon's again and was told it had to be resubmitted. Do you think it never was submitted? I do! However, I am hanging in there! Don't give up! I realize how hard it is to have patience. You will get there! Think of the whole journey and not that you are not there yet! Time is on your side!!! Take care! Nancy
