I am 1 week 2 days into it. Let me tally, the first 3 days SUCK!! Sorry! But, after that, it is super easy! I have never once felt hungry. Seriously! I had a shake for breakfast and lunch, then a salad with tuna or chicken on it for supper. I had to remember to drink the lunch shake! I was totally not hungry. My nut suggested adding 2 teas chia seeds and 1/2 of a banana to each shake and it really helped.

I'm on day 2. My pre-op is two weeks of Optifast and clear liquids, crystal light, sugar free jello , ice pops, etc. Day 1 was really rough today is better and I'm hoping what they say about it getting much easier my day 4.
