  2. Mandyboo...I have tried but with no success to join the feb sleeve group...can you add me?
  3. I had mine on 2/17 and I lost 19.5 lbs in the first couple of weeks. I also have stalled for the past 5 days. I am hoping to return to work next week which I hope to help increase my exercise level. Any other suggestions would be great as well. I'm in the purred phase.
  4. I am 7 days out and it is much better now! However, I couldn't get down the frothy shakes so I switched to Isopure Plus 0 Carb Protein Drink Grape Frost, 8 ounces that I found on Amazon. It tastes like Gatorade and was easier for me to get down.
  5. My dr suggested cream soups,((no lumps) cream of wheat, grits, malt o meal,milk,sugar free pudding, sugar free Popsicles, light or fat free yogurt (no chunks of fruit or granola), sugar free jello during this phase.
  6. I found these on Amazon and I really like it. It tastes like a Gatorade. Isopure Plus 0 Carb Protein Drink Grape Frost, 8 ounces
  7. I was sleeved on the 17th so I am 7 days post op. I also had a hiatal hernia repair. I have been having pressure in my chest. It feels like having pill stuck. However everything is going down well and just the pressure...is this normal?
  8. Just had sleeve surgery 2/17/15. Doing pretty good, however having problems getting protein shakes in due to they seem to get fluffy which is gas producing. Going to try to get some isopure today! Keeping my fingers crossed! Also would like to join the private facebook group! Can someone add me? Celiaebbert@yahoo.com
