4 month post op! Opinions

It's so good to hear everyone's story. I was sleeved on Oct 9th and I feel awesome!! I have to confess I have not been to the gym at all. I have hit little stalls now and then but I know I am still losing inches. I have been in a stall for about 2 weeks now so I think I have to change things up. I pretty much eat what I want but definitely not much of it. I don't drink soda or beer and a few things here and there that my stomach just does not like anymore. I have about 25 lbs to go to get to my goal weight and will be hitting the gym on Monday and going back to basics. I am going on vacation in June so I need to hit my goal by then - I will be on a mission!

Congratulations everyone!

I found this very informative. I had surgery 10/6, I am down 60 some lbs

60 More than I have done in the past 30 years. Though I am on a stall

very frustrating. I have walked a mile a day since 10/14 faithfully and just

started back to the gym last week. I see a pattern between 4-5 a stall.

I am sure this will pass and continue todo what I do. Whoever says this

is the easy way out is totally wrong, it is truely just a tool.

A tool I am happy to have. Congrats everyone

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
