Appt was fine. Dr v just tells you what to expect. We go the day before surgery to hospital pre op.

Good luck everyone. I had surgery last October. A form of a bypass by varnell. Really liked him. Have had no complications.

Thank you @@Tina1969

Hey everyone! I had my preop and pre admit on Wednesday. Started liver shrinking diet yesterday but I'm allowed 2 salads a day also. That's a plus. My surgery is Wichita Falls on Tuesday 7 am. I am starting to freak out but I'm excited for this new journey.

When I asked if it was true that bariatric patients lose weight differently he said yes, pear shape is more likely, and he also said "you will look pretty awkward the first year". Ahhh! I wouldn't considered myself vain but.... come on awkward?!!

Hey everyone! I'm an Okie too. Live in Yukon and scheduled for a VGB revision to RNY in March. Anyone have Dr. Broussard?
