I too am going through Bailey in Owasso. Surgery date isn't set yet but should be near the end of March. I see the surgeon next week to set the date. I plan to attend the Bailey Owasso support group every 2nd Monday of the month (been to the Bville one but it's a long drive from Owasso, where I live). I love it! Perhaps we could form another support group. There can never be too much support.

The owasso support group meetings are very good!! Who is your surgeon?

I'm having the lapband removed and revising to the gastric bypass. I should've done that surgery to begin with. Hoping to either get it done at the end of May of beginning of June. My insurance before sent me to Journey Clinic in Moore which is in Norman now. I'm sticking with them because my surgeon did really great the first time.

Dr. Varnell is my surgeon also! As an RN, I researched both him and Dr. Katsis very thoroughly. Both are excellent choices.

Dr. Katsis checked on me the day after, he was really nice. I just really liked Dr. Varnell he is a great doctor and very knowledgable in regards to gastric surgery and the stomach area.
