I was sleeved Jan 10th by Dr Varnell. I have lost 29 lb since I was sleeved but currently have slowed down and only losing a lb a week.

I had my surgery Jan 10th, the past 4 days I have just maintained. Anyone else seeing this? Surgery weight was 220 and today 205

Two weeks of liquids are to shrink the liver. Tough as nails to get through though

11 more days of the liquid diet. This stinks, I know its mostly head hunger but part of it is that I have already done the diet and half way through it my surgery date changed. So it is my second time around. It is mostly boring. But I have found I prefer the Carnation Light start to the Premier. But I am doing both and then just sugar free jello and I can have sugar free popsicles but I have not had those yet. They seem a bit bland to me

I started my two week diet yesterday. 3 Protein shakes, sugar free Jello and sugar free popsicles. Total 550 calories. I did fine, just a tiny bit hungry but it passed. 13 days to go till Jan 10th surgery.

I have only told my husband and daughter. I used the Hiatl Hernia surgery as everyone at work keeps asking.Plus the time off and liquid diet match up.

I was scheduled after Thanksgiving....all psych'd up and half way through the liquid diet. I got a sinus infection and the Dr gave me a steroid shot. My surgeon cancelled my surgery because of the steroid shot and now delayed till Jan 10

Jan 10th here for surgery...start my liquid diet on Dec 27. I was originally scheduled in Nov but got sick and had a steroid shot. My surgeon said you have to wait 6 weeks for surgery now Doing the weight again. I am in Oklahoma

WellI got a sinus infection and got a steriod shot. No sleeve surgery for 6 weeks now. UGH I was scheduled for 11/29, now pushed out to 1/10:( Plus I have done the liquids for a week already
