Update: Had the surgery and did great! Already back to work and getting fluids all in [emoji8]

My understanding on the gas pain is that it is pretty intense after surgery and will be tolerated much better when walking as well as making gas x strips your best friend. Hope that helps

Meryline I'm dealing with the same issue. My doc said to get on antibiotics and a z Pak to get the chest cold done.

The sleeve has not been around long so therefore we do not know much information on the long term effects

I had a Vertical Gastric Banding 17yrs ago and had a lot of complications and so my doc said the only revision he would consider is the RNY. Also, if you look statistically the sleevers have a higher percentage of gaining weight back.
