I am 5 months post VSG and 60 lbs down. I have about 20 left to lose. I work out 6 days a week 2 or 3 times a day but 20-30 min each: running/walking/weights. I keep stalling and wonder if I'm only taking in 900-1000 calories and very low carbs if it's not enough and I should increase. Anyone have experience with this?

The last few times I've eaten almost immediately feel like I ate glass. I also have had a strange pain that comes and goes all day under my right shoulder blade/upper back. Not sure if they are related. The stomach pain is not severe, I'm not crying yet but don't really want to breathe. Any ideas?

Hey everyone! I had my preop and pre admit on Wednesday. Started liver shrinking diet yesterday but I'm allowed 2 salads a day also. That's a plus. My surgery is Wichita Falls on Tuesday 7 am.
