Could be. I am a side sleeper too, and when my knees touch they hurt. So I have to make sure my body pillow is between them, lest I wake up with sore knees in the morning!

You might look at a C pillow or a J pillow - they're sold for pregnant people, to help with adjusting to new body configurations... but the shape of the C gives you padding at neck/shoulder, support at back, and padding between thighs/knees.

I have to bunch up the comforter between my knees. I guess I got bony knees too!

P.S. I forgot to add a 2nd NSV experience in bed! :o

About a year ago, I was laying on my side and woke up with this hard poking sensation in my side. I thought I had rolled over on one of my books or something. I reached under my side to pull out the offending book and there was nothing there!!! It was my rib! I could feel my ribs!!!

I bought a pregnancy pillow for support and a knee pillow. I am now thinking about neck pillow. I am just not comfortable at night anymore.

Maybe try a pillow topper or memory foam topper if it is too uncomfortable. There are many different thicknesses available, and prices as well. Isn't it great to feel our bones?!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
