Omg Suze Im a big time belly sleeper too. Lol it was the hard part in being pregnant, not being able to sleep on belly. So maybe I'll be able to get little naps in while my kids are in school...let's hope at least

@@freshair - I have good days and not so good. I pulled a muscle in my right side while tying my shoe so I've needed to take pain med in order to sleep. Some things make me nauseous but I try things all the time to see what will work. The most difficult thing is training myself to eat slower...take 1 min between each bite. I'm getting used to it. I still have Constipation and from what I'm reading, that may be something that doesn't change. I'm down 34lbs and feeling good.

How about you?

@@PhillyChick so we're almost the same i too have really good days when i can eat and get all my Water and feel full of energy. Than o have the bad days when i don't sleep at all feel groggy and get really nauseous. I've had my period simce surgery with only a 2 week break so that's sucked. Eating slower is a b#$% even a minute in between bites sometimes isn't enough I've been throwing up more the different things i try but hey I'm hanging in there. I'm at 45lbs down hoping for 5 more by the 1st of feb cause that will make it 2 months. About the Constipation i had a lot the first few weeks and it was horrible so now i add bran buds to my yogurt and it's helped. I don't go daily but not constipated

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
