ZZZ!!!!! Congrats on the twoterville. That is friggin awesome. As is the veggie chili. Definitely lept me know how it goes.

I am still tired. I watched football all weekend and got all worked up last night when Dallas lost. But my future second husband won on Saturday night which was lovely.

Veggie chili = fucking awesome... so awesome that my sinuses are clear. Haha. My roommate about cried whenI made him try a bite. Of course I did puree a bell pepper, a jalapeno pepper, 1/2 onion, and some organic garlic... then added that to the chili. And then there was the cayanne, hot chili powder, cumin...etc. I freaking LOVED it though. I made a huge pot of it, only ate 1 cup (beans are filling!) so I have the rest poured out into 2-cup bowls... 4 of them. I froze 2. I'll be eating this stuff for a while...

As for twoterville... I was down to 298.8 this morning. I LOVE it! I'm soooo glad to see those weights with a '3' gone FOREVER!

I cooked all weekend, but the only vegetarian thing was a pot of split pea Soup.

I had mussels, chicken bratwerst and braised short ribs...The problem with going to Whole Foods is it makes me want to cook. Then I eat and it's a terrible cycle.

I'm hungry like I don't know what and I can't seem to make it go away...I believe it's head hunger and I'm doing dumb shit like eating things I know I shouldn't (bread and sausage) then PBing.

Who'd had thought 10 months later the head games would still continue? I'm thinking I need to go back to basics, write how hungry and full I feel when I eat and track it, but to become aware again.

Well, Happy Monday everyone.

I did cook healthy things...well the ribs weren't healthy, but they were Protein that was soft and I didn't eat that much of them. I have another 4 meals all portioned out waiting for me.

But holy crapola, you are indeed only 39 pounds from goal! You are amazing.

I can't wait for before and after shots of you come February 6th!!!!

BG I heart you quite a bit.

Yucko on the band issues. I hope the unfill gets you feeling better too.

Ugh.

Look at you with less than 50 to go though. That's fantastic.

ZZ - Welcome to twoterville, chica! Congratulations!

BG - Congratulations on being within 40 pounds of goal! That's amazing!!! GDMF Dallas Cowboys. Not that I'm effing bitter about it.

D - Sorry to hear about the band issues. Hopefully a slight unfill will fix it right up.

I've got quite the sinus infection thing going - sucks mightily. Treating it very vigorously, so hopefully, it will clear up quickly.

I hate the Giants. Mostly because Eli is a pompous ass. Don't get me wrong, I definitely want New England to win the whole damn thing, but there would be just some sweet poetic justice if the Chargers were to play and beat the Giants in the SB.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
