I feel great! I actually do feel like I have a little more energy. That first day not so much but I do now. I saw my nut for my last required appointment and she have me the paper that outlines what the pre -op diet it but she said I was already doing everything except taking a Multi Vitamin which I will get this weekend. AND....I'm down 2 more pounds from yesterday!!!!????????????????
