SV SV SV! Pre-Pregnancy Weight!

Recommended Posts

At my highest weight, I was about 35 lbs up from my pre-pregnancy weight. While pregnant, I gained 45 lbs, and was only able to lose 10 lbs (8 of it was the baby).

Today I stepped on the scale, only 2.5 weeks out of surgery, and saw my (highest) pre-pregnancy weight! Another 10-20 lbs and I'll be in my "normal" pre-pregnancy weight range. This is amazing! I tried and tried to lose on my own, and never even got close. I thought I'd never see that number again.

I am just beyond thrilled and had to crow about it! Wheeeeeeeee!

That's awesome! I know how you feel. I'm 7 weeks post op and I'm 13 lbs BELOW my pre pregnancy weight 11.5 years ago. Had 3 kids. Gained a lot after my 3rd. Congrats!

I gained 65 pounds during my first (and only because of extreme complications) pregnancy and had a 4 1/2 pound baby. And he was born two months early. If I didn't gain so much weight he would have been smaller and may not have made it.

That was 10 years ago. My goal weight (150) is my pre-pregnancy weight. I've got a long way to go. It is doable, I just have to be patient. I do fit into clothes from three years ago, so I guess that's something to be happy about.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
