Of all the Protein powders on the photo I posted, can you guys recommend what you think is the tastiest, or even if you think one is terrible, let me know! Im trying to avoid the trial and error!

This is a list that my NUT gave me to get started on.

I have been on protine for 2 months and I use EAS and it is great. A. Friend has a gastric by-pass and he said EAS was the best!

I just ordered GENEPRO... I haven't really tried anything else, but I've heard it dissolves in almost anything and you can use it in hot or cold foods. I liked that it only takes one TBS for 30 g of Protein compared to some powders using 1/4-1/2C for the same amount of protein.

I will test it out and give you the feedback as soon as it arrives!

6am and 6pm 1 cup braums FF milk + 1/2 scoop Genepro=25G each cup and it adds 16oz to my Fluid intake. I add it to my chili, my refried Beans, cant even taste it. Some people even use it coffee *****LOVE THIS STUFF *****

Yay! I'm so excited to receive my order!!!! I can't stand the taste of Protein powders, and can't wait to mix a little of the Gene pro here and there with my foods!

So yeah. ... they cancelled my order and refunded my money. So weird! I tried getting a hold of them and no reply.

I experienced cramping using Muscle Milk. Does anyone have experience with non milk based protein powders?

I like the Matrix brand the best. It fills me up quicker and for a longer period of time.... I drink the Matrix and the Nectar fruit drinks. Unjury'so pretty good too. They make a good chicken soup.

Genepro unflavored protein powder is great! You can order it from Amazon. It is 90 calories and 30gms protein per scoop. I was sleeved 11/19 and I still use it all the time in things like yogurt and even beans and ham soup
