Hello!
I'm considering weight loss surgery and I'm in a class given by my healthcare insurance. That's how I heard about this site. I have numerous health issues that might be improved by losing weight. Sleep Apnea, Diabetes, Heart condition, ect. My best weight in the past was 200-220lbs. I'm currently 350.
Update; I have a sugery date for Jan 22, 2015. Jan 8th I start a liver shrinking diet. For me it was between the sleeve & a gastric bypass. I have chosen the sleeve method after consulting my surgeon. I think it will suit bettering my bad habits.
