  4. Kaiser lets me take either the Nature Made multi along with calcium and B complex and B12. I could not tolerate the Bariatric vitamins to big and the fruity taste made me gag. P.S. I have been very strict with myself taking the vitamins and I have never felt better.

  6. Thank you! The weird thing is my body is changing. My clothes are to big in the waist and legs. How can this be when I'm not losing?
  7. Thank you for the encouraging words. It's a relief to know that I'm not the only one to experience this. How did 12 lbs come off in one week????? That's amazing!
  8. Thank you. I am trying to stay at 1200 calories a day. I have never been stuck like this and it's driving me nuts!
  9. Hello everyone . I had the sleeve in Dec. 2014. I have been losing steadily with good progress until lately. I am stuck at 133.5 lbs. I have been at this weight for three weeks. I've lowered my calorie intake. I intensified my workouts, added three weight lifting classes per week. And the scale isn't moving! My protein intake is where it should be. Has anyone experienced this? If yes, how did you break out of this platou? I'm so frustrated. Thanks in advance for your replies. Susan
  10. Probably gerd. It gives me the same feeling
  11. Took me several weeks. Do what you can. It's very important to hydrate as much as you can tolerate.
  12. Drink more water
  13. I had a horrible time with that for weeks after my surgery. It finally stopped on its own. Try not to let your self get dehydrated. It's tough but hang in there.
  14. It took me about three weeks. Going back to work helped a lot. The more I moved the better I felt.

  17. I had some trouble too.... My daughter the RN told me to drink more water and move my carcass more....both helped a great deal.
  18. Gods blessings on you!
  19. Is anyone going to the Your Weight Matters Convention in San Antonio, Texas in August? It's put in by the Obesity Action Coalition.
