Genepro protein rocks!

Recommended Posts

ooooo whats GENEPRO? ?? fill me in :) this is the first i have heard of it

I order mine from Amazon. It has 30 grams of Protein in about a scoop the size of a tablespoon. It mixes in anything hot or cold without clumping and I cannot taste it! I love it! It's awesome.

I ordered this and I can taste it in almost everything I try it in. So far the only thing I can tolerate it in is cooking it in my scrambled eggs.

I tried it in cottage cheese and I thought it completely changed the taste. I don't like how it turns clear drinks white. Maybe I'll try it in Soup.

Any other ideas on how I can use it without tasting it, I'm open for suggestions.

I've never tasted it. I only put it in crystal light or Water. Mostly crystal light. I use a Blender Bottle to mix it real well.

My understanding is that it claims to be the "equivalent" of 30 grams of Protein in a serving. Call me a natural cynic but I'd love to know who decided and how they come to that conclusion. I'm wiling to bet the "equivalency" is based upon the company's claims of improved absorption and the like. The only study they link to in this regard is one that didn't even involve the product. And not for nothing, but one tablespoon converts to 15 grams...even if it was 100% Protein with no filler. It may well be a fine product---I have no idea---but there is some fuzzy math going on.

I am paraded with this product as well and have mixed into pudding, yogurt, cream Soup, apple juice and soy milk. Haven't tasted it at all. I was so over the shakes this works perfectly!

All I can go off is my nutritionist, my surgeon, my GP and my hematologist. . All put GENEPRO at the top of their list. I have to believe in what they say.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
