May 15 and feeling confused

Recommended Posts

Hi all! i wonder if any of you have this same issue i do, i have days where I don't want to eat anything and have to force myself, and then I have days where I want to eat a lot, by a lot I mean I feel like it's a lot for the sleeve, I don't get sick but the amount that I could eat makes me wonder if it's normal that I'm eating it, but it is true hunger it's not boredom eating. I walk 8-10 miles a day and kickbox 3-4 times a week, so I wonder if it's my body being hungry from all the working out, but then I think my stomach should still only be able to hold a certain capacity no matter how much I work out... Im just nervous about stretching my sleeve more than anything.. Any advice is appreciated thank u! Btw im down 57 lbs if that matters

Sounds pretty normal. I have days where I have no hunger and other days where I could eat more. Maybe increase your Water on those days. You are not saying the average amount of calories you are getting but you may need to increase them if you are doing a lot of physical exercise, your body cannot go like that without fuel. Drink an extra Protein Shake, that will fill you up and give you the Protein boost. Also congratulations on your weight loss.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
