Where are all my May Sleevers?

Recommended Posts

Hellloooo all skinny people!

Haven't been on here in forever! I'm jealous of everyone that's doing so well, so you've all inspired me to get moving again. I've definitely just let the weight fall off but now I've got to take it up a notch. Started at 242, lost 68 lbs, need to loose 30 more. But I'm so flabby, yuck! But it's okay because I can wear awesome skinny clothes and no one sees the flab.

Problems- drinking alcohol

Not exercising

Eating crap, even though small bites.

What keeps you going?

Hi All

I've been pretty casual too anout the weight loss journey and just letting it fall off. I hit 80 the other day - more than 1/2 way there. I've had some stomach ache bouts and found out I have gallstones. Sounds like I may have to get my gallbladder out. I meet with the surgeon next week. I'm currently 214. Looking forward to wonderland. I probably drink wine too much and eat chips etc if I wanted to loose weight quicker I would change those habits but I continue to eat small portions. All in all I couldn't be happier

@@boccob81 Your queasiness doesn't sound normal. Check with your doctor.

I am also still experiencing almost constant Constipation. I've added more vegetables to my meals to try to combat that. I also hope the extra veggies will help fill me up without adding too many calories. I'm finding myself pretty hungry lately.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
