Slim, thank you so much for helping us understand this complicated journey. What you opinion or experience related to alcohol?

@@AR40 I'll pass in beer and go for the hard stuff 1 drink usually am buzzed sometimes I won't even finish the drink

@@Josh2xh I plan on working out harder and hopefully I can tone up if that doesn't work I guess some skin surgery but that is far from my mind now something about that surgery doesn't put me at ease and also it's not all that loose

That is fantastic. I am really worried about the skin. It is really the only major concern I have even though I am more than a year from having to worry about that. I just know that its really important to help the skin retract while the weight comes off.

I am jealous that you arent worried too much. I studied the surgery options and they dont seem viable for me. But never say never.

Anyhow thank you for your reply.

Don't get me wrong i may not be worried but i'd be lying if i said i dont want it to go away. When i see the extra skin i just remember that i was 125 pounds heavier and then somehow i can move on. And the skin surgery does scare the crap out of me hence im not rushing to do it.

I agree very difficult to eat at a slower pace and extremely frustrating.. But what can you do. I also find it very difficult to eat in the moring and way easier to eat later in the day.. Is it the same for you?

How is your hair? Is it falling out? That us my next fear.

I find it harder to eat on the weekends than during the week, I guess during the week is easier as I am more in a routine with work. I tend to eat breakfast about an hour after I get up and cause I don't stick to the 'rules' I have cereal most mornings. Certainly don't have time for anything cooked...

@@Unhappysleever, for breakfast have you had a protein shake? It takes seconds to make in a shaker cup. You have got to help yourself as well to stay on track, or at a minimum see a professional to help you with your food and sleeve regrets. Having some peace in your day and life will work wonders for your outlook my dear. Wishing you daily peace.
