My ideal size would be about 6-8. A size 0 seems so unattainable at this point (still pre-op and wearing the dreaded size 28) but if I get there and look and feel healthy ... then yay! I just can't even fathom wearing a 0,2,4,6, with all the loose skin I am bound to have afterwards .....

I have always always been very overweight. I haven't a clue how much I want to weight so I'm going for a healthy weight. I'm only 5ft 2 and weight 347 lbs right now. Since this time last yr I've lost 51 lbs. my surgery is this coming Monday so right now I am just working towards that. I'd like to weigh below a150 lbs but if I get below that I'd be thrilled !

Rooting for you! I was high Bmi too and am now normal weight at 140 i am 5'5"

My life time high was 332. I nearly croaked... had been in scale denial and went to weight watchers thinking I was under 300...

anyway my sleeve start weight was 308. I lost 150 over 14 months to get to my goal of 158...maintained about 6 months lost 10 more. I now weigh 140. I would have never imagined it possible when I was 300+ but it really is.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
