Have a bad headache all day. Tylenol isn't working. I have my first day back at work tomorrow and I am so down about it and stressed. I just really need this headache to be gone!

Is there anything else we can take?

I had to finally call my doc and ask for something to help with headaches/pain since tylenol is the worst. They gave me tramadol.

Try a hot shower and steam yourself for 20 minutes or longer. I find that often helps. Hope you feel better.

R you trying extra strength liquid? The pills did up me but the liquid did. I hope your headache goes away soon

I'll try the liquid.

Isn't Tramadol kind of habit forming? Can you take it at work and be normal?

I fractured my back last year and have taken tramadol every day since. It isn't habit forming and doesn't make me loopy. It's my miracle drug!

Maybe if I took it everyday? I rarely take It. But needed it for incision pain I was still having 2 weeks ago. Besides ibuprofen, it's been the only thing to help with any kind of pain or inflammation. I've obly taken maybe 3-5 pills since I got it filled a couple weeks ago.

Oh, and I have only needed it at night, so I can't comment on the drowsy part.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
