  1. I am March 10. Down 47 pounds and on another stall!!! It seems stalls want to happen often for me. I am happy for the loss but discouraged on how little I have lost. I see so many others with better results. I am 7 pounds away from onederland and feel it is so hard to reach. Then I will be on my way to my next loss goal. I have so far to go and worry what if I am never small.

  3. I am 5 months out and only have lost 47 pounds. Seeing how much you have lost so quickly has me happy for you but sad for me.
  4. I took mine out a week before surgery. Then about 3weeks after I finally put it back in. They told me a week after surgery I could put it back but I wasn't in desperate need of it
  5. Is scale on hard surface? Not on carpet
  6. I was sleeved on 3/10. Feeling really discouraged. I am down 43 pounds. I am happy about the 43 pounds but am discouraged that it seems little compared to others

  10. I have read a lot of people have trouble with straight water. It's like you have to change the balance of it with flavor. That is so strange. We are our own worst critic! You have done awesome on the numbers. I wish I started measuring my body when I had the surgery. I am glad you clothing sizes have shrank. I have the wings, they will need some cosmetic so I have set up the find me under me savings account lol.
  11. I have the large arms, tire around belly and big legs... I know that I will need to have skin removed from each when said and done. Just have to keep working to get there... My hair has been shedding badly starting a week ago... We got ladies! Let's keep each other updated and continue progress updates.

  20. I am 3 months and was 34 pounds down hit a stall and started gaining. 3-4 pounds. The stall I can handle, the weight gain has me discouraged. Is occasional gain expected? RJ will say a prayer for you! I see you post often and you rock!!
  21. I understand that there are stalls but does anyone gain while stalled? Just a little worried.

  23. Hi All! I was sleeved March 10, 2014 Height 5'7 Post surgery I am down 34 pound ( this past week I have gained 3 pounds so that changes it to 31 pounds) Feeling great no complications with exception of stalls and slow weight loss. Going to increase Water and track food better. It would be great to hear where you are at. Please include the date of your surgery and what you have lost and any tips you have!
  24. I had that happen when I went out to eat at first after my surgery. I learned I was eating too quickly and it would has me feeling horrible like you described. It was scary. My daughter and I actually would go out to eat so I could practice and now I am very careful and able to enjoy dinner out and not feel horrible. I hope it gets better for you. Sleeved March 10,2014
  25. A month out? Give it time. What have you lost from surgery to now? When I was two weeks out I hit a three week stall! It will happen
